BOMBA RICE is often called “King of Rice” for its excellent culinary quality. When cooked this variety will grow up to three times its size, always maintaining top consistency and taste. It is especially recommended for dry rices or with fish, such as: paella, arroz a banda (fisherman's rice), squid ink rice.

TRADITIONAL RICE, or round rice, is the one most often used for Mediterranean cuisine, since it has the right properties for all types of rice.

BROWN: Rice rich in fibre, mineral salts and vitamins, thanks to the bran that surrounds it. Recommended for nutritious diets. LONG GRAIN: The ideal rice for garnishes and salads. STEAMED: Rice subjected to strong steam pressure which can be put into the refrigerator for later use.
